View of radius gutters in production and tooling
text to have perhaps in catalog { edit as you like )
The ends of the gutter are usually slightly deformed during the process. This is normal. The customer must tweak the gutter to an exact fit.
On a tight curve the inside edge of the gutter may have slight ripples in it. This is normal and is usually not a problem after installation. Less than a 8' radius needs to be done out of 48 ounce copper, and is not feasible for traditional single bead 1/2 round.
The gutter can usually be matched up with regular thickness of gutter with a little skill on the installers part.
This is a totally custom made to order product. It is a somewhat imperfect process and it takes time. If you have waited until the last minute to order, please understand that lead time is a best guess. Average lead time is 4 weeks. Maybe more, maybe less
